I didn't like the bed(uncomfortable), the smell in the room( moldy smell), and the stained washcloths.

Room felt musty and humid. I was large and the beds were comfortable but the pillows were not very supportive. The bathroom was very large as it was an ADA room. However there was a bath tub that was old and cracked and not wheelchair accessible. I also noticed scaring on the walls in the bathroom and mold on the celing.

Breakfast was good and at reasonable times. The staff kept everything stocked and clean. I do want to add how amazing the young lady that worked overnight at the front desk. The first night we checked into the room, the AC wasn't working. She tried to reset the AC which didn't work, but she changed our room to one that worked. She came to our aide in the third night with the laundry facilities. The coin cache to start the dryer wouldn't work. She came with me and fixed the problem. There was a trick to it and she knew what to do. I can't recall her name, I wish I could. She was great and very helpful and kind

The beds were a little firm, but we all slept fine.

Rooms are clean, staff friendly, located very near the mall and a Costco. We easy to get to CNU.

The shower stank of Marijuana and I get to my room and it reeks of cigarettes. They change out my key for another room which smells musty and feels very humid. The couch and carpet have wet humid spots, and the bent lampshades have spots that look like molds or stains. The shower is moldy and rusty, and the bed is full of other people's hair. Non-refundable, and absolutely not worth the price.
