Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport

Staff at the reception was very nice, but the room cleaners were really unfriendly! The rooms are not very modern, but clean.

They made us buy a second room even though on the Hotelscom booking it says that one child stays free. So, I booked for 4 people with a 5 year old to stay for free like the Hotels.com site says, it did not say maximum of 4 people in the room. When checking in I had a question for the lady checking us in, she cut me off and said that she did not have time to answer because she had other people waiting. I would have to wait until she was done with them. Also, the pickup at the airport is free, but the drop-off from the hotel to the airport has a charge per person. The info on Hotels.com does not explicitly say that. I paid the extra room because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. We had come in on a red eye flight and all of us were sleepy and tired.

Not a good stay for the money what is charged. Every thing is measured with money but the service and facilities are so horrible not to mention. I stayed in Paris and Switzerland in holiday inn and comparing this facility with Holiday inn is no compare. Cost both charges same

The hotel should at-least have some snacking in drink available 24/7. Suggestion to place some vending machines so visitors can enjoy snacking and drink anytime they like. The following items is what all visitors expect to be in their rooms: 1. Hot water jug 2. Cup, glass and eating utensils (spoon, fork, knife) 3. Tea/coffee making items (milk, tea bags, coffee packs, etc) 4. Iron and Ironing board - if not in the rooms, then atleast in every level walkways 5. Water in fridge or other drinks in the fridge - you can write prices on it and charge on checkout. 6. breakfast - need to improve big time on breakfast. its not worth $10 - if the breakfast is good, visitors don't mind paying a bit extra. I really liked the services provided by front desks people but i believe they also have limits. My next trip will be in July, i would like to stay here again if above could be considered.

convenient airport shuttle good breakfast friendly staff :)

There is a free shuttle to the hotel. They share a bus with the Marriott, I think (it says on the sign for all the hotel shuttles) They give you a free 24 hour transportation pass. I took the train to the HB and next morning caught the bus to the airport (2 blocks away; the airport is only about a 35 minute walk) The shuttle from the hotel runs often but the charge 5 or 6 Euros No place close by to eat dinner, breakfast was included and as expected

Overnight business trip, the hotel is tired, breakfast is limited, the shuttle to the airport starts at another hotel so not sure how many spaces will be available until the shuttle arrives.

Sofa bed for children was very hard and uncomfortable for sleeping :-(

We had one night stay. Happy with the service. Staff very helpful and informative.

Nice hotel near airport, basic in amenities, but clean and comfortable enough. Clerk was very kind and helpful.
