Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport

It was clean, well priced, and good atmosphere. The food was expensive though, so we ate out. But it was expected because of the location. Would stay. Only had to pay a large amount because we dropped our phone down the elevator shaft somehow and it cost around 90 franks which sucked. So DONT drop your phone in the elevator shaft!!

I was booked to stay at this property, but because of the global slow down conditions I was moved to the adjoining Hilton Zurich Hotel at no extra charge. Again because of the global slowdown conditions not every thing was open within the hotel, but the staff were helpful, the room was very clean and the location was very close to public transport.

Close to airport but good price at about CHF 90 for the night. Friendly reception. Quick check-in. Room clean and comfortable and good size. Short ten-minute shuttle to Zurich airport to catch early flight. Shuttle from airport was free. Shuttle back was CHF 10 per person. Good supper menu. Breakfast buffet looked good but we did not have time because of early flight.

Great service good location. Staff at check in went over and above expectations. Keep it up.

The staff was the most courteous and friendly I have ever experienced. The hotel was quiet, within walking distance to the airport, and clean. The breakfast was very good. An option to forego housekeeping in exchange for two beers was much appreciated. Free transport from airport was timely and reliable. Excellent stay.

Very pleasant staff. Decor a little dated. Wonderful comfortable bed. Close to the airport. Easily reached by bus. Supermarket nearby.

I loved how quiet it was. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was spotless!

Great option for Zurich Airport. Family "apartments" have two rooms which is a great option for teenagers. Decor is a bit tired but clean and tidy with huge Nespresso type machine which also does (non-coffee flavoured!) hot water. Staff friendly and helpful. Free public transport ticket (although we weren't able to use this). Payment for airport shuttle is a bit steep (5CHF per person - so 20CHF for a family of 4) however, this only for trips from the hotel to the airport. It's free, for the other way. Close to transport options. Breakfast good with a good selection. Overall a great place to stay for an airport hotel and/or a short stop in Zurich.

Only problem the room was too hot even with the window open

Rooms are nice and quiet. Room was a bit stuffy, could not get it to cool down even with the window open. Staff was very polite and helpful. Explained things well.
