Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport

Cozy, convenient location, great staff, great breakfast

We had an overall great stay. Anika at the reception was so warm, friendly and helpful. We really felt welcomed. She patiently explained everything to us and gave us complimentary pass for metro to Zurich city and also to the airport. The stay came with breakfast which was sufficient with eggs, ham etc.. The only complaint was the sofa bed in the room wasnt comfortable. The matress needs to be changed.

If you cannot afford to stay at the Hilton Airport Hotel just up the road, this is the best alternative. The Hilton bus picks you up at the designated area at the airport and takes you straight to the apart hotel and vice versa. The rooms are basic but comfortable, the breakfast is good. The hotel is clean, staff are helpful. This is a very good choice for overnight stays and very affordable. Will stay here again.

The room is clean and tidy. Besides, this hotel offer the bus shuttle to airport and the fee is CHF 5 per person.

I booked this hotel through hotels.com when I turned up to check in I have never met a more rude and abusive receptionist in all my life she was forcing us to take parking at their hotel and that if we didn’t pay she threatened to call the police on us I had my baby and child with us we felt abused harassed and threatened by them I would never ever stay in this hotel again in all my life

The front desk staff is very friendly. We arrived at 10am which is way earlier than the check in time. However, she helped us to expedite the room and we are able to check in at 10:30am. The location is great, only 2 stop to Zurich airport. The family room is big, we can hv our 3 big luggage open from the time we check in till check out. Overall, we are satisfied.

The hotel is really close to Zurich Airport, really clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Horrible dirty dingy hotel in the middle of no where. We wanted a hotel closer to the airport for our last night since our flights were
