Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Please note, we charge for parking BRL 38.00 per day. Cleaning Fee: We are committed to providing our guests booked in nonsmoking apartments with an odor-free environment. A fee equivalent to one night's room rate will be charged if a cigarette smell is detected during the cleaning of the apartment. This amount will be used to perform intensive cleaning after check-out, which will result in the apartment being blocked for at least one day. Thank you for your understanding. Full Board includes nonalcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks and natural juices only during meals. Please note that more than 10 rooms are considered as group reservation, and group reservations are subject to advance payment or cancellation by the hotel. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
