Comfort Inn Downtown - University Area

We were mislead that there was a pool. We food dirty clothes in our room under the edge of the bed and in the closet that weren't ours. Our lamps were not working and the lamp shades were busted but still on the lamp. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm going to leave a bad review because for the price we paid it was a dump. The breakfast was not very well presented and not many choices for kids. The coffee had sat there for awhile I know this by the taste. Some of the staff weren't helpful and said I should have looked at the website better.

Some staff, dirty rooms, things in the room were broken nonworking different prices online and when paying for the room it's hundred dollars more than what was said when making the reservation $285 a night for the worst place I have stayed will never happen again.

Carpet and chair in our room was very dirty. We did not sit in the chair. The carpeting stained my socks

Hotel was old and dirty

Every one was nice and friendly, rooms were clean.

I wish breakfast was available at an earlier time.

The check in process was quick and easy. But upon entering the room I was checking it out and getting settled and the front desk clerk attempted to e in ter the room! She had a bottle of some kind of cleaner and was probably coming to clean something. S the e apologized and left. It was literally to t 90 seconds after checking in. Parking lot is small and tight for parking

While the WiFi didn't work immediately, a phone number for assistance was provided in the room and within 5 minutes a live person (off-site) was able to get my connection working. I was positively impressed. The price is fair and I would stay here again.
