Comfort Inn Downtown - University Area

It's close to the university. We were there for graduation.

The driveway is at an intersection so it's sometimes difficult to get out. Luckily there's a driveway to the back! Use the driveway in the back. Our room had a dresser drawer that didn't stay closed. It leans to the front, so the drawer doesn't stay closed.

There were bugs in our room and we had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night.

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, just minutes from WMU.

Run down, no proper room cleaning. Missing lots of basics.

Place is a dump. Dirty room, broken furniture, cob webs all over the ceiling, and dirty bedding. We left and went to another hotel.

Not a clean facility, hotel need major upgrades. Closet door was broken, smoke alarm no cover, more like it possibly didn’t work. Soiled bedding, the comforter. No smart television.

This was a good value for money option. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. It's is close to a main road and railway track so if you are sensitive to noise ask for a room on the other side from it. I heard it but didn't particularly bother me. Not much around the hotel but again I don't have need for anything so didn't bother me. Breakfast was fresh and had a decent selection. Would recommend if you want value for money.
