Once I learned the area, I was fine. I could walk to Applebee’s, gas station was nearby so was the airport. Housekeeping ladies are kind and professional.

"The best hotel in SAN ANTONIO"

The room was great here in San Antonio, the staff was nice and had options to choose where to eat due to it being close by. Wish they had a fridge and microwave in the room but overall it’s a great room with clean showers and clean room overall

Great location, relaxing, refreshing experience. My room was spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere. My check in service was excellent and so was the breakfast selection. Clean hotel and the parking was perfect and close to the hotel and elevator.

"Used to be nice! Not so much anymore..."

In a nutshell... we've been staying here for 10 years anytime we have to fly out of San Antonio Airport. It used to be so nice! And while the location is still great, the rooms have become outdated and not as clean. The bathrooms have been dirty (hair, toilets, etc.) the last 3X we've been here. The rooms have smelled musty. It's nowhere near as nice and clean as it used to be. Our family is at the point where we'd rather pay the extra money for a clean room/bathroom before flying out early the next morning than to continue to stay here.

"Will always come back"

The location was very convenient. The room was very clean. I stayed here last year and had an amazing time and I was not let down even when I had to check in later due to having a delay at the airport. The employees were wonderful and quick to help check in upon arrival.
