"Loved the location, I will consider staying again am visiting San Antonio."

It was close to the airport, restaurants, easy access on/off highway, department stores, and gas station. Perfect location, good breakfast, very quiet had peaceful night.

That I had to wait till the checkin time. Other hotels have accommodate early arrivals (1pm). When you have a early flight just want to get your room rest a bit, shower and ready to start your visit. My room did not have a refrigerator.

The location is great. It was located next to the airport and a few minutes from the mall. The staff were very professional and polite. The breakfast was delicious, hot, and fresh. If I had to come back to San Antonio, this would be my first hotel of choice.

"Clean hotel and professional staff"

The hotel is clean and staff is helpful and professional. The front desk worker Steve was very kind and helpful with questions I had and when I had an issue with my door cards he was quick to resolve the issue, even coming to my door to confirm they were fixed.

"Perfect for 5 day visit"

Great, welcoming staff. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. I usually travel with a pillow, but I didn't need to use it this trip. The breakfast has a great selection. Great location to the airport too.

"Great Value"

It offers clean room, good location, and friendly staff. We like it has hot breakfast in the mornings. The only thing I don’t understand is they charge parking but the parking stays the same as before (we’ve been here before). Overall, I consider it’s a great value for us.
