Hampton Inn and Suites San Antonio Airport

It was so Hampton Inn. Friendly welcome, clean and the suite was so roomy I could have easily invited 10 people over to socialize. I slept like a baby Hampton Inn is my hotel of choice whenever I’m traveling. They never disappoint

Not bad! No problems to report! Breakfast was good! Parking was okay! Located very close to the airport! Staff was very helpful!

Clean rooms, friendly service and can’t beat the location. The A/C in the room we stayed in worked spectacularly as well as the complimentary breakfast had many delicious options. They also offer an indoor pool which I thought was quite awesome!

Cleaning crew came into room at 09:40 while we were in the shower. The deadbolt didn’t keep them out only the bar latch kept them out.

Location, price.

Door to room would not fully close nor lock by itself, a clear safety issue. Door to bathroom would not latch, doors on shower not square and hard to slide, some mold in shower, no refrigerator nor microwave, bottom part of HVAC falling off. $5.00 charge for parking???

We recently completed a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay. In the beginning I noticed that they offered a treat jar for your furry pets, which I found amazing! The kitchen attendant was also very informative & made sure everything was restocked & that counters were kept clean. The breakfast was amazing and had variety of options & they’re open till 10 am! The front receptionist, especially Emma, was genuinely warm, welcoming, and helpful every time we walked by. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary toiletries, which was a lifesaver when my sister realized she had forgotten her toothbrush. During our stay, the housekeeping team was proactive and efficient. They offered to replace our used towels for new towels and threw out the trash and gave us new bags for the trash cans. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality, friendly staff & it’s budget friendly considering it’s a great clean place. It’s been our go to hotel whenever we visit San Antonio.

San Antonio Airport Hampton Inn; room was clean and cold which we loved. It smelled fresh, towels and accessories were stocked. On the downside the room did not have a microwave or mini fridge! We also asked about rooms not having the refrigerator and were told NOT ALL ROOMS have one. Breakfast was good, changed items from Saturday to Sunday, however the staff who monitors the kitchen and food was quite rude. She was interfering people while we were serving ourselves, we asked for something and she didn’t answer, but was watching us from behind the wall.

The check in on the app did not work so I had to go to the front desk. The room was fairly clean, however I found a few lashes on the duvet. There was not a refrigerator nor microwave in the room (which I expected there to be both). The pool was hot. Heated is nice but it was too hot.

We are in town for a bowling tournament. The hotel is very close to the shopping areas like the quarry. Rooms ac works well. Family is enjoying themselves.
