Hampton Inn and Suites Waxahachie

Unplanned fees. Despite paying in advance still tried to charge multiple times with various amounts as if fishing for something. Poor parking. Not enough parking. Under construction not just the lobby the whole first Floor.

Lobby was under some construction but they handled it all quite well with informing guests of schedule. Well run

Staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs

We arrived to find that construction was underway🚩. There was limited parking available for paying guests, and we were instructed to park behind the building in a community center lot, where an event was also taking place. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the TV was completely unusable. Additionally, food was left outside some doors and remained in the halls until the next morning. The noise level was extreme—forget about getting a good night's rest! Every footstep from the people above was audible. I felt as if I were at a budget inn. While the price of our stay suggested a high-end experience, the accommodations certainly felt low-budget.
