I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at this property. I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, particularly the lobby and breakfast area. The sunrise was beautiful. The quality of the food provided was also good. However, I found the location to be less than ideal as it was quite a distance from local attractions. I was having trouble visualizing the room's appearance but I truly appreciate Sierra's dedication to providing exceptional service to me. Thank you for your hospitality.

"Shannon"

Shannon was amazing at the bar. He is so friendly and helpful and brings the energy to the guests. We have been coming for 15 years, and he has been here for around 8 years. He is one of the reasons we keep coming back. I am a lifetime diamond, and he is exceptional at his job.

"Food serving observation"

Didn’t appreciate the executive chef walking out petting someone’s dog. 12:30 p.m. bar area. In his chef uniform. He was a tall white man. Food was very good but waitresses and workers didn’t have good clean habits. Rubbing nose with work gloves on serving food.

"Great stay at the Ellie!"

The Ellie Beach resort met our expectations above and beyond. The front desk staff was great! Carrie was a joy to deal with! Her happy demeanor had us looking forward to seeing her.If I had a hotel I would hire her away from y’all!! Noah was very pleasant and accommodating,also a very nice guy. The bar staff was friendly and fun. Shannon and Jeff seemed like old friends by the time we left. All in all the stay was fantastic, and Carrie, if you are ever in NOLA, please come and visit! !!!!

The breakfast was really good along with our waitress.

The heated pool temp was cold. But my biggest issue was being charged $19 a day to park when this was never mentioned to me. That should have been included in the room cost.

"Great weekend"

Having stayed at quite a few Hiltons over the years, this hotel and its customer service is some of the best around. Carrie at the front desk is tops in guest interaction. Gabe is really good choices of food around the area. Our room had a great view that made our stay. Even though it rained some, we still had a good time. Thank you DoubleTree for a great weekend.
