AQUA Hotel Promenade & Spa

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room we had was exceptionally clean and the housekeepers refreshed our room every morning. Our balcony had the most beautiful view looking out into the ocean/sea. The beds were super comfy and the design of the rooms was beautiful! We had breakfast included and there was a large selection to choose from and it was delicious. The pool was always clean and it was always relaxing to be around the pool aswell. Although we didn't visit the gym or indoor spa we have no doubt it was also exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Aqua Promenade! The room was absolutely perfect — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to explain everything clearly and make us feel welcome. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and top quality. One of the highlights was definitely the view from our balcony — simply breathtaking. A special thanks to the team for their kindness in lending us a beach umbrella for the entire week. Their hospitality truly made our vacation unforgettable!

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang, Restaurant und Room Service waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben die Zimmerkategorie Penthouse gebucht und es war einfach herrlich. Ausblick, Terrasse mit Badewanne, tolle Liegen und insgesamt sehr viel Platz. Der Strand war sauber und die Strandbar im Verhältnis zu heutigen Preisen in Urlaubsgebieten günstig - Cappuccino zubereitet mit einem siebträger 2,30€ einfach Top!

Très très très bon accueil, le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, que ce soit à la réception, en salle ou les femmes de ménage. La nourriture est excellente ! Le buffet est varié, change chaque jour, avec un petit déjeuner copieux et généreux, sucré et salé, pour tous les goûts. On sent que tout est bien pensé pour satisfaire les clients. Un grand bravo aux cuisiniers et à toute l’équipe ! 👏 Côté chambre, c’est propre, calme, rien à redire. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé : juste en face de la mer 🌊, en face de la gare 🚆, avec tous les commerces à proximité. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Petit bémol : la piscine est un peu petite, mais honnêtement, cela ne gâche en rien le séjour, surtout avec la plage juste en face. Je le recommande à 1000%. Très belle découverte, je reviendrai avec plaisir ! ❤️

Food in the restaurant and service were excellent Shame there wasn't anywhere comfotable to sit and have a coffe or more drinks in the hotel apart from the pizzeria next door. Check in was quite slow and only one member of the reception staff seemed to know the answers to questions. The hotel is in a great location. Right opposite the beach. It was very clean and our room was very comfortable with a sun terrace. Would recommend.

Back here after a 7 year absence. You will not be disappointed. A modern hotel with spacious rooms. Situated across the road from the beach and 100 yards from the railway station its location is perfect. The restaurant is self serve buffet and you order drinks and pay for them separately. The food is fantastic and you will not go wanting. The food varies each day with fresh fish and shellfish available each day. The beach is great with a beachside bar and toilets close by. The walk into the sea is tiered and you’ll be out of your depth quickly so beware. The town is small but plenty of bars around. Going into Barcelona by train is easy too. I can’t recommend this enough and will certainly be returning again soon.

Great location if your looking for a nice hotel outside Barcelona on the beach with a pool, spa and dining options. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Transportation via train is hit and miss and Uber and Taxis are expensive to airport and Barcelona Euro100-125

Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Activities each day today was art and wine with the lovely Xenia and Adela.

Really fun and informative smoothie detox activity with the lovely events team. Look forward to more activities throughout the rest of our holiday.
