The reception staff were very helpful. The cleaners do a great job. We didnt enjoy the bar since restaurant customers seem to have been given priority.

Everything was wonderful, good food, clean and large rooms, close to the beach, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Even if the train passes nearby, it doesn't bother you at all. Top marks to the cleaning ladies and the cooks. Barcelona is an hour away by train.

Superbe chambre penthouse ça vaut le coup pour le rapport qualité-prix. La chambre est immense le bain extérieur est au top et la vue magnifique . Leger bémol sur le diner du soir qui pourrait etre de meilleure qualité mais convenable. Petit dejeuner avec beaucoup de choix. On a préféré 1000 fois le calme de pineda de mar, ville residentielle comparé à santa susanna full touriste et pas du tout la meme ambiance. Côté parking 6€ par jour pour se garer dans la rue de lhotel au parcmètre ou sinon 5/10min à pied un parking gratuit. On a beaucoup aimé notre sejour.

"Great stay"

Excellent stay at The Aqua Hotel Promenade. Perfectly situated in front of the beach, good for walking and only a 2 minute walk to the train station. Good choice of food at breakfast and again at night, something for all tastes. The shower was fantastic, roomy, plentiful hot water. The only fault I found was that the bed was too hard, but to others it might be fine. I did ask for a mattress topper but none available. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I treated myself to a massage during my stay and it was first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

The Aqua promenade hotel is excellent value for the high standards. We had a double Penthouse suite which was massive. It was totally private with beautiful beach views. The food, cleanliness and staff were all excellent. We would definitely recommend.

Mooi hotel met mooie kamers! Het personeel was top! Het ontbijt was eveneens heerlijk. Op wandelafstand had je gratis parking.

"Médiocre pour un 4*"

On est rester 3 nuits , beaucoup de bruit des femmes de ménage dans les couloirs , toque et rentre dans la chambre sans attendre , ménage de la chambre vite fait ,nourriture restaurant et buffet pas top ,
