Cleanliness, the staff was kind and got us whatever we needed (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.)

Nice hotel and good service

The towels were terrible. Grayish n old w tears n holes.

We liked the friendly checkin persons, the location is good, they even offered buses to get to DreamRide, the reason for our trip. We had a good rest to attend the car show on Saturday and Sunday.

We were a bit disappointed, that the pool was not accessible because of renovation. The cleaning of our room was not so thorough, and also the coffee was not fully stocked, only one cup for two adults.

Our stay at this Marriott Hotel was extraordinary. We spent a week and were treated to the excellent service in all areas of the hotel, from the reception desk, to the restaurants and the 16 th floor staff. We particularly want to highlight two of the staff members at the Vivo restaurant who made our mornings get off to a great start with their cheerfulness and encouragement to my daughter who was sitting for the Connecticut Bar. Chistine Vernon and Paola Mirando helped to put her at ease while prividing impecable service at our daily breakfast sittings. (The buffet cook is also a keeper) Thanks to all of the staff who made this week less stressful and even enjoyable.

No robes no water in the corner rooms I think for 400 dollars you could include this

- Location - Comfortable rooms.

- Looks more like a convention hotel rather than a tourist welcoming hotel. - We wanted to ask if breakfast was included to our stay or not. Two person in one reception desk havent even responded. The trainee working on the other desk said she's not sure and she cant check, that we can use trial and error method. When we approached to the breakfast place, there was no one to answer us, or show to our table. So we just left the hotel without trying more.

was a great stay very clean !! Staff was very helpful wish i brought my own blanket when i called for an extra they had ran out ,other than that will be returning !! housekeeping did a wonderful job !!
