Hartford Marriott Downtown

Great location which explains the expensive price. Aside from the rooms are small, bathroom is very small, beds were not very comfortable. My friend said a spring was hurting her back. We had a corner room with an amazing view. The service is excellent. From the front desk to housekeeper to valet 10 of 10 customer service

The hotel was super convenient for our volleyball tournament. The hotel upgraded us for being gold and offered the points off the jump, as well as free waters. Very nice staff. The hotel is a bit dated. Decent hotel food. Bar was cool, but over priced, and really packed. The bar charged me twice for a to go sandwich and I didn't catch it because I was in a rush. Still waiting for a call back. Still recommend a stay here.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The front desk staff including Rachell, Danajah and Joyce were awesome! They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They are a true asset to the Marriott team!! The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean as well. The concierge lounge was nice and the food and view was good. The made to order omelette station and breakfast were excellent. This is my "go-to" hotel when I visit the Hartford area!

Only complaint was no microwave in the hotel room. I found that very odd.

Great experience staying here, I was attending an event in the convention centre and this hotel was the perfect location. Rooms were spacious, great aircon. Great range of food options. All staff were so helpful.

Nothing

Ridiculously priced for $1600 for 2 nights in a room with double beds. Not even free breakfast and the indoor pool is only 3 feet! The bathroom sink in our room would fill with water and take forever to drain. Talk about corporate greed. Only plus was the convenience to the convention center for 90's con.
