Lots of options for food .

Staff was not friendly . Task oriented not customer oriented . Pool was not clean hot tub was out of order.

Breakfast was fine, staff were very accommodating, location was great!

I think the hotel is due for an updating of the decor.

I really enjoyed my time there. I stayed there because it was close to the 5k that I had to run early morning. I didn't have to drive. Just walk to the event. All the staff were great!

Nice place

This is my second stay here, heat is a hit or miss, shower doors don't close properly, the hot tub wasn't working. These were concerns my last stay too, but nobody seemed to care. I dont think you're getting what you pay for here.

N/A- really just slept there and got out at 6am. Stopped at the front desk for a plastic fork and the staff was very nice. Check in was super fast and easy too.

Found a quarter on the floor and we didn't have any change on us...

Location and staff

Bed was awful. Hard and obviously old. There was what looked like a burn or ash mark on the box spring. The bathroom shower door showed corrosion, water pressure not good, bathroom needs a remodel and the TV also need to be replaced. Bathroom sick had issues draining.

Location was excellent with a view of the lake and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. As all of the hotels in the area were virtually empty, we chose this location for the pool and hot tub, which we were told were broken after we arrived. Spoke to the manager- made many excuses but no offer of any consolation. I understand things happen over which they have little control but it was handled poorly and left us feeling like we were just an inconvenience to them.

Everything was great, but the hot tub wasn’t working and it was the main reason for booking that hotel.
