The atmosphere was nice!!

I was under the impression our room had a jacuzzi tub in it and when I emailed 2 different address (one on the website and one on the app) I didn't hear back from anyone

Always a good stay whether spring or fall for us. we particularly liked our room in the separate lodging overlooking the lake. Room was very comfortable. Not so much the stairs to get to the third floor.

Lovely grounds, trails etc. Nice view of the lake from most rooms. Staff were friendly and attentive. For older patrons or those with disabilities, keep in mind there are no elevators. Access to some rooms involves 3 flights of stairs.

Front desk staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful with a number of topics. Friendly enough but inexperienced. One suggestion for the resort is to offer a continental light breakfast- muffins bagels yogurt cereal coffee tea juice for a modest price. Only option was a $24 breakfast buffet. Dinner serving staff were great. Property overall was a nice cottage getaway.

Beautiful location. Front desk staff were very helpful

Wait staff in (casual)dining room were very slow. We sat for 15 mins in restaurant waiting to be acknowledged but to no avail. We left and went for dinner in Bala
