Didn't have time for breakfast, as had to get to funeral. But had supper night before, which was good, although a little pricey. But it was great to be able to have a restaurant for supper available, as it meant we didn't have to go out after the long drive to get to Winchester. All staff were friendly - front desk, food & beverage, housekeepers - and helpful. Also, it was easy to change the temperature in our room (set at 67 degrees when we checked in) via your thermostat, which was easy to re-set. Although couldn't reserve the "special service" of a room with a handicap accessible bathroom, one was available when we arrived, albeit without a shower chair, but Front Desk (Gabby) had one sent up within 5 minutes of requesting one.

Could not "reserve" the "special service" of a room with a handicap accessible bathroom, although it was available when we got there, but without a shower chair, but Gabby (front desk) did order us a shower chair and it was at our room in less than 5 minutes. Room lighting was a little dim, especially in bathroom. It was very difficult to see my face for shaving purposes, even with my glasses on and face right up to the little magnifying mirror. Also no mirror outside of bathroom. Finally, no heavy drapery to pull over window, so got the early morning sun, although that was okay since we had to get up early anyway.

There were weddings over the weekend with some people screaming and partying for part if the night.

The restaurant staff needs to be trained in customer service. Perhaps a dedicated server who might see that customers have water and salt and pepper. If you're providing that service, then make sure it's higher quality than what I experienced.

Beautiful and comfortable room, which was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Our only issue was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that did not work. The front desk put in an immediate request for maintenance to fix it. Other than that, it was a perfect day.

Clean room could use some new paint on the bathroom ceilings as they were peeling other than that 100 percent excellent. Staff super friendly, easy check in and parking. Will stay again
