The place was clean. Staff super nice. But I don’t get the room I reserved. I reserved an executive sweet but got a standard room. Pool was closed Friday and Saturday and that is the only reason I booked that hotel. Disappointed

Location, comfort, room was nice, breakfast was nice, employees very nice

Pool had soap scum or something floating all over it. My room in the front had some loud droning noise all night. Sounded like when you fill your tires, that loud, annoying noise.

Located off what looked like a bypass. Easy to find. They do have dining services inside where you can order food; and there are a couple of places to eat close to the hotel. Very clean. Would stay again if ever in the area. Good stopover for our next day in Gettysburg.

"9/10 Stay"

My friend and I had a very late check in (well after 1am) due to an event we attended that ended quite late in the area then an unforseen change to our original plans and the gentleman at the desk was very kind (despite a minor issue with my booking.) My room was exceptionally clean as well (as was the entire hotel.)

Unfortunately the front desk didn't get notified of my prepaid booking on this app. I had to contact booking.com's customer service line and the operator tried to help but couldn't really fix the problem on the hotel's end and it was about an hour before I could actually check in. Technically I had to pay twice; up front on the app then again when the hotel itself held my room fee on my card for an additional 3 days. It was not my fault and the issue was cleared up by morning so I didn't appreciate the hold on my card. Otherwise the staff and accomodations were excellent.
