"The kindest staff and comfort when you need it."

Comfortable and clean. But the staff goes above and beyond. Charlene in particular was incredible. I was seeing my mother through her passing at Winchester medical and wanted a space for family to nap in shifts and shower. Charlene hugged me and let me cry and comforted me, and made sure I had everything I needed. I can’t put into words how much comfort I received from this total stranger whose only job was to check me in. This hotel has my heart forever and will always remain as one of the biggest comforts of the hardest day of my life. A raise for Charlene please :)

Wonderful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was awesome and very clean. Great location. I recommend this hotel. We will be come back when we visit Winchester again.
