Comfort Inn & Suites Wyomissing/Reading

It was nice, I will stay there again. Good location, very clean and up to date. The breakfast was good and all the employees were accommodating and friendly.

The only thing that could be improved would be their workout room/gym. It was very bare minimum.

The location for this hotel was fairly nice and close to the freeway. It was quiet and across the street from a small park and nice, walkable neighborhood with restaurants and shops in close driving distance. It was nice to have a mini fridge and the size of the room was nice. The breakfast was okay. Not great but adequate. The A/C worked nicely and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great.

The outside side door was broken so it didn't close and lock. Our 2nd floor stairwell door was being held open by the broken handle on the floor. They did fix this within the 2 nights we stayed. Our room wasn't very clean - there was used soap left in the shower too. Three of us were staying and there was very little space to put things and the bathroom was even worse. The shower shelf was broken and missing. This hotel was obviously understaffed. Several times when we came down, there wasn't anyone to be found at the front desk. The chairs and carpet were stained. Even my sheets were stained with ink or something? We got an overall ick from this place.

No coffee at breakfast. Staff was very weak

Room was right off the lobby, very noisy at night. Most of the staff could not speak english

Breakfast

Having to fix the refrigerator in my room myself. It was missing a leg on the left front. I spoke with the subject running the front desk and told him when you open it everything would fall out. He gave me a wash cloth to put under it. The next day it was still there. Also our room wasn't cleaned and in addition the towels weren't changed. The front desk person told me they only do that every 3 days and you have to ask them. No one informed me that I had to ask them. The bathroom had some nasty dirt caked in the right corner by the shower door. Wires were hanging out of the wall from the cable hook up. We will never stay there again.

my welcome was nice the employee who was outside on his break greeted me and got me a cart to help me and my boyfriend put our luggage in. he also let us know details regards to breakfast and when coffee is set up. the bed was comfortable and pillows were good, my boyfriend and i also loved how we were able to have breakfast and serve ourselves.

theres barely staff at the front desk during the day, the eggs are little too watery, few stains on our comforter, tv a little staticky, i booked 3 days before coming and had to spend $500 and had to see family for an important cause so i did so anyways, wasnt really worth $500 more of a $100-$200 hotel but overall wasnt that bad!
