"Fantastic food"

We had Sunday lunch, chicken burger, chowder, noodles and fish and chips. All the food was lovely. Staff friendly and warm. Ambience great with the Christmas decorations up, very comfortable

"Disappointing!"

The pictures online look really great! Some are accurate, but we found the hotel lacking. The building is large with plenty of parking. They clearly cater to the business group conferences. The restaurant server did not know the menu & couldn't answer basic menu queries, we were served spoiled wine that smelled like vinegar, food was expensive but acceptable. We arrived after a long day of travel only to find mold on the shower door & NO hot water. The room was spacious, but beds were not very comfortable.

"Lovely Hotel with Spacious Rooms and Great Breakfast"

Fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located and set in a lovely building with real character. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended - great value and a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish.

"Good location nice big room good food"

We got a family room for 2 adults 3 kids which isn't always easy to find. The room was lovely, beds cosy, bathroom nice fixtures and fittings. There were bottles of waywr left for us as well. Checking was easy and friendly. We ate in the Bistro everyone was very happy with their meal. Perfect location for shannon airport or the surrounding area and a great price.

"Very Peaceful"

"Superb hotel"

We always receive a very warm welcome here, the rooms are really comfy and the atmosphere is warm We have eaten in the main restaurant and the quality of service and food is excellent. The breakfast has something for everyone too. Its in a great location, not far from the main roads or airport. Highly recommend a stay here
