Nice ocean front view and good location. Pools were nice and clean . Food was good at the restaurant but it wasn't opened very late

Room 202 west. I was expecting a stocked kitchen we didn't have a pot to cook in, we only had two frying pans. Not enough silverware for a family meal. Ice maker in fridge did not work Restaurant should be open later than 5.

Great beachfront location and property. Large well equipped rooms. Nice small cafe and beachfront bar although you can’t see ocean due to protective dunes Check in process needs work. Large resort with 4:00 check in and only 2 people at desk to check everyone in. Small overcrowded lobby at 4:00 of people waiting to check in

The location was great

My room was filthy and I had to clean it myself. The dishwasher didn't work and the one shower head was broke. The furniture such was so filthy we were afraid to sit on it. The managers and front desk did not care about any of it.

It was in a great area and the beach was very nice

There were stains on the furniture, cabinets were broken, light switches were broken. For the amount of money it costs to stay there and also the resort fees that get added on when you get there which I wasn’t aware of, you’d think nothing would be broke or stained. Also had to ask for trash bags, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner. There was no extra trash bags or paper towels, those should definitely be available with out having to walk to the desk to get them. That was ridiculous considering they are tiny trash cans
