We were looking forward to heading to Treasure Island for the first time for spring break. Our flight arrived around 11am—thinking we could hopefully maybe check in early?? Nope. Check in at 4 but they’ll text us when the room is ready. Ok cool. Feel free to enjoy the amenities. Ok. We had lunch. We spent 4 hours at the pool. The place is tiny. It’s hot. We have 3 kids. 4pm came and went. Still not ready. 5pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars.

The location of the suites, two pools, and the beach area were wonderful. The two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable for the most part. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were roomy, and the living area was large as well. Check in as well as check out was very easy and I loved having an assigned parking spot so I never had to worry about finding a parking spot.

The sleeper sofa had seen better days and you couldn't even sit on it without sinking. We didn't use it as a bed, so I have no idea what it felt like as a bed. It would have been nice to have more silverware than 4 spoons, five forks, and a few knives as we were constantly washing those items, but not a huge problem. My biggest problem was the outdoor bar. The area was nice, but no prices were listed for any item. I just felt that this was not a fair practice. Do the prices changes from day to day?

Location next to the beach

Towel rack coming off of wall and pantry door falling apart. My view was less than satisfactory. My balcony was directly above a construction zone l, my view was a porta potty and large dumpster.
