Sunset Vistas Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites

Apartments were all reasonably well equipped. We actually were in three different apartments due to ongoing maintenance but we had a wonderful time and they were very helpful with with moving they were painting the exterior of the building.

I would be very happy to come back. This was actually our second time to stay and the fact that we spent 25 says something about. The quality of the experience.. front office staff was uniformly, helpful, pleasant, and resourceful

THE VIEW AND THE BEACH.....................AND SLIDER OFF BEDROOM,TO AIR OUT ROOM 24/7!!!THE GROUNDS WERE BEAUTIFUL WITH THE MIGHTY PALMS,SOUND AND VIEW WAVES OF THE GULF OF AMERICA ,HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!

THE ROOMS,TUBS PEELING ,UNUSABLE...SMELL OF DIRTY RUGS,AND BROKEN DOWN CLOTH FURNITURE,THE ELEVATORS NEXT DOOR TO DUMPSTER DEPOSIT, GROASE...,LOUD CONSTRUCTION,AND HARD TO WALK AROUND IT,ROOM NOT READY UPON ARRIVAL ALMOST CHECK IN TIME!!HAD TO WAIT WITH LUGGAGE AND RENTAL CAR,MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM AFTER TUB COMPLAINT ,DAY AFTER,AND THAT ONE WAS WORSE!! SO SUCKED IT UP,FOR PACKING ALL UP FOR ANOTHER ROOM,A LOT OF WORK.. IN NEED A TOTAL REVERB TOO ...I HEAR YOU CAN BUY ONE,NO WAY!! COST MORE TO RE DO THEM THAN WORTH IT!! PERHAPS THEY HAD NICER MORE MODERNIZED ROOMS,BUT OUR 2 WERE NOT!!!

Very close to everything needed. Directly on the beach. Pool, two hot tubs, and a kiddy pool everything was well maintained.

I have no complaints. When we needed more blankets, the front desk was accommodating. When our parking space that was assigned to us was taken, the staff was accommodating and allowed us to park in the 15 minute parking overnight. We had guests, they provided a guest parking pass because there were spots open. When we needed more dish soap, it was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped. They even provided laundry soap.

We liked the location and we loved that the beach was right out our door

Our sliding door, the lock was broken. We were on the second floor, so it was very easy to climb onto the balcony and come inside, which made us feel a bit unsafe. The toilet paper holder is also broken and won’t hold the toilet paper. We did have some old dried blood stains on our sheets, but went down to the front desk and asked for new sheets to make up our bed and they gladly obliged. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, but was a bit disappointed that we had a full kitchen, but it is not well stocked. Only two cereal bowls for a family for so not super convenient for cooking.

The property was on the beach and a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to John’s Pass.

Parking on the north side of the property was challenging to get in and out of due to cars parked along the curb.

Front Desk help was great

Probably my last visit at Ocean. Had last room on side by street....not much Ocean View...That was not enjoyable

Proximity to the beach and nice pool

The cleanliness, it felt quite dirty and all the furniture had many many stains all over them.
