Sunset Vistas Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites

I’ve been visiting this property since they’ve opened and always enjoyed the place. The location is perfect and the property well maintained. The unit itself was a bit rundown (503S) and we had to put sheets on the extremely worn couch and chair to not smell the accumulated sweat and other unpleasant things. Also access to the living room tv channels was complicated and limited. Other than that it was very nice.

The property was overall good but noted large amounts of trash/garbage piled in several areas which was never a concern in the past. The price is high but no difference compared to other similar properties.

This was a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in Treasure island. The atmosphere was very family friendly and is in a great location. Its on the beach and just a short walk to John's pass. We have stayed here before, and would definitely stay again! The rooms offer everything you could need, are very roomy, and a great value!

Day shift desk worker (the younger one) was very rude. Online stated construction time be ended by Feb 3. It wasnt. I booked as it said construction would be gone weeks prior to my stay. Sitting in balcony but had yo get off so the painter could work. Shouldn't allow people to use property for free parking to go on the beach. Guests should be priority. Had 2 vehicles and the give 1 spot per room but with the beach goers we had nowhere to park other vehicle besides paying for city parking. Sitting on sofa you just sink in. Sheets were stained. Bathroom floor full of sand.

Great deal for 2 nights. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

The snacks are overpriced and the water dispenser was broken but the free coffee was exceptional.

Frente al balcón del departamento habían cerrado con lona y colocado containers con basura de la remuneración que estaban haciendo, un día se treparon dos personas a través de la reja del balcón y estaban en nuestro balcón sin previo aviso. No tenía caja de seguridad yi la puerta ventana al balcón no se podía cerrar con traba. Pedimos cambio y nos negaron. Nos dijeron que si no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos. Esa fue toda la solución.
