Lovely gem in the center of Aix Les Bains…stopped for a night on a business trip, the receptionists are extremely nice and very welcoming, making the stay start in a great way :). The hotel has great facilities including a small but very well equipped and maintained spa…great wide parking garage and nice lively restaurants!

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous sommes arrivés très tard à 23h30 et la personne à l'acceuil a été très sympa. De plus nous avons loupé le réveil et nous sommes partis a presque 13h. Nous aurions du être facturé en supplément ce qui aurait été normal mais on nous à gentiment offert ces heures supplémentaires.
