"The resort was a nice place to get away from the chaos that comes with visiting the Dells."

The location was wonderful. The staff is top notch and I liked that we had space.

$40 to go tubing is a rip-off. The kids were only able to go down 4 times in 2 hours due to the amount of people on the hill. This should be a complimentary feature when staying at the resort.

The location was perfect.

When I booked my reservation the pictures of the unit I selected showed a two story unit. We arrived to find the reservation was for a one story small cottage. Obviously the wrong pictures were attached to the option I selected. To say I was frustrated and highly disappointed would be an understatement. This was no fault of Christmas Mountain Village.

"Unhappy and misled birthday weekend!!"

Not much. The staff was fine but other than that our stay was not good.

The room was very, very small!! We thought we were renting a townhouse per the picture and the price! Had we known we were renting a super small cottage we would never had rented from this site. We felt totally misled and overcharged for what we got. We have stayed at Christmas Mountain many times for many years and always in the townhomes. We will never use this site again as we were very unhappy with our cramped stay.
