Bluegreen Vacations Christmas Mountain Village, an Ascend Collection Resort

Property was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom looked to have mold on the ceiling, and it gave off a smell.

Location and natural environment

Loud neighbors until late- security made sure cars were not parked in grass and that there is a limit of one car per cabin but did nothing about the late night partying. When we returned to our cabin neighbors parked in our spot and we had to ask them to move

Front desk couldn't get me check right after all the calling I had done a day before a week and I still had to check in a going the same as all the calling

All was great and will come back again

Owners are catered to. Guests, not so much

Location was great. Away from all the busy areas of the Dells. Cabins accommodated 2 families great.

We had stayed in this property before, and again this trip did not disappoint!

We enjoyed having space and privacy for our family not far from the action of Wisconsin Dells.
