Notre chambre était parfaite avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Accueil déplorable, une responsable assez sèche, pas un sourire. Nous avons été ensuite pris en charge par des jeunes femmes qui nous ont indiqué que notre réservation incluait le petit déjeuner. Nous nous sommes aperçus en fin de séjour que ce n'était pas le cas, conclusion, nous avons dû payer un prix exorbitant pour des petits déjeuners que nous n'aurions pas pris si nous avions été correctement informés.

Location and the view

The bed wasn’t comfortable, A/C wasn’t functioning properly, trying to operate the hot tub was confusing. Would recommend having a lock on the bedroom door and a recliner or two in the room.

At Check-out there were all sorts of extra charges for the room, breakfast, resort fees plus taxes. They tried to scam us for extra monies that we paid to Bookling.com. No stories matched when questioned about the extra charges, we asked to talk to the manager of the hotel; we were told they were in meetings. We gave them two hours to adjust the bill, they finally did prior to check out. But we were not alone is the hotel trying to scam other vacationers. Plus there were bugs!
