"Do not stay at this hotel"

The hotel adds unwarranted charges to guests’ bills at the end of their stay. Be vigilant and review every charge carefully. My family and I booked a six-night stay through Booking.com, which included a daily breakfast credit of $28.75. At checkout, we were charged for breakfast each day despite staying within the allotted credit limit. It was extremely difficult to have those charges removed. Additionally, the hotel charged us a nightly resort fee that was already included in the total rate we paid through Booking.com. While we were disputing these charges, several other guests were lining up to complain about similar billing issues. Based on what I witnessed, this appears to be a common practice at this hotel. As for cleanliness, the hotel was not clean and is extremely outdated. There was vomit on the bathroom door, and the bedroom smelled like vomit, likely from a previous guest who had stayed in the room. I would strongly recommend reviewing your final bill carefully before leaving the property. Lastly, the front desk staff is extremely rude.

Excellent location we got there early after a cruise and room was ready which was a welcomed relief. Lovely room with balcony and sea view. Larger room than expected. All the staff gave fabulous service and attention to detail.

"Nice sea view hotel on the beach"

Nice rooftop pool in the 5 th floor. Spacy room, 2 skinks in the bathroom. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Many sunbeds to choose. Beautiful sea view. Near the beach. Housekeeping was friendly and did good work.

The pool personnel didn't care what happened in the pool. People were drinking and eating in the pool against the pool rules. Drunk people kept noise, not stylish for a 5 star hotel. It was said non smoking hotel - still people were vapeing in the pool and on the sunbeds.
