"Overpriced hotel to stay at with hidden fees but the location is pretty good."

I liked the location of the property and I had a great view from my room. The room was also a great size.

I didn’t like all the excessive and hidden fees. Also the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, each morning I woke up to a sore back.

"Muy buen hotel cerca de la playa"

La cocina estaba bien, y la habitación y la cama eran muy cómodas.

La habitción es muy cómoda, solo que el baño es excesivamente grande y eso quita espacio para que la habitación teng una mesa de comedor. Tiene cocina pero debíamos comer en la mesa ratona. El otro tema es que haya que pagar la sombrilla en la playa, eso podría estar incluído en el fee del complejo

Good location on the beach. Valet had great customer service.

Front desk service was extremely poor. As I walked up, dana the rep, quickly listed out everything I needed to give for check in before I even made it to the counter. Then proceeded to tell me that my room isnt ready, even though it was an hour past check in time. Somehow the guest next in line, who checked in with the rep next to us, somehow had a room ready. Took close to 30 minutes to get a room. No courtesy call or text to let us know in advance. FYI. Most people arent coming to check in from down the road, they most likely, like us, had a long travel day. My room cost included a checkin at 4pm. If you dont honor the check in time, why should we honor the check out time? Very poor customer service. Had better at motels. Got into our room at 525pm and saw the hotel then wanted to send a text at 5:21pm. After check in, that asked us to let them know our check in time in advance. What a joke. Left a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel.
