Citykoti Downtown Apartments

The room we had was massive. The location great- 3-5 minute walk to the centre of town. Staff were polite and helpful :) reccomend! Much nicer to have a kitchen and big room over a small expensive hotel room.

Location was great, bed was comfortable and appliances within the room were good ie coffee maker, hair dryer, but otherwise the apartment was tiny and sparse. Really depressing place, didn't want to spend any time there. No tv channels, dishwasher broken and Wi-Fi useless. Seemed to be signs everywhere warning of phenomenal charges if you lose your key/ get locked out/ breath too heavily.

Excellent location, it is just right for the budget and safe. Cleaning could be better supervised but otherwise comfortable and efficient.

Overall it was great. If I visit Helsinki one more time, I would book it again.

It was everything I wanted and more. So so impressed with this and will be booking again.

It's clean and comfortable, the bed is quite big and I enjoyed it. Location is good, close to underground and supermarkets. However, we arrived quite late when there is no underground or bus, we need to hold our luggage and walk about 15 minutes from central to the hotel and it's a slope....the other thing is, even the room is close to the place where we collected our key, but it's so complicated to find it, especially for the late-arrived guests. We stood in the cold street and tried to follow the directions, however we were already exhausted so it's very difficult for us. Luckily there was a Finnish man came to us and led us directly to the room or otherwise we didn't know when can we get to our room.

Very nice unit. Great attention to the details. Everything (and most of it new) you need to prepare food was there. A washing machine was a plus for the unit. Very convenient location, comfy bed, super clean, and a very friendly and helpful staff made for a great visit.

Separate location for check in which was annoying at 2am when we arrived! Otherwise great :)
