Citykoti Downtown Apartments

The staff that welcomed us was friendly, and the apartment was close to the city centre. However this is where the good things end. They have crazy checkin/checkout hours (checkin after 15, checkout before 10), which is probably my fault that I missed during reservation. However the apartment and especially the bathroom could have taken some extra cleaning. The plates were so dirty and greasy that they were actually stick to each other. The walls are so thin that you practically hear everything that happens in 3 floors radius. Maybe they have renovated a few rooms for the photos you see here, but ours was definitely not one of those. I understand that this option was much cheaper than a hotel, but still I expected more.

Its like 400m from the edge of the city, nice and secure but cramped as all hell; tiny shower and almost no walking room anywhere. Staff were friendly, but couldn't help at all when we needed an extra night.

We arrive a little bit early and the hotel dont have 24 hours service. So we cant have early check it also cant cant leave the luggage at the front desk. Its not convenience.

Our flat was in a building very close to the Citykoti office, on the 5th floor. The lift was difficult to operate but we managed thanks to a resident who showed us how it worked. The building itself was difficult to find due to the various different entrances and the keys were a little tricky to operate. We asked for the location of our flat in advance but we were told we had to wait until check in. Check in hours are limited but your keys can be left in a safe box if you arrive outside office hours. The studio flat was small but we weren't too bothered by this except for the bathroom where the space was a little too tight. The flat was very clean and everything you'd need during a long stay (washing machine, dish washer, dish washer tablets, UK plug adaptor, iron, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans etc) was provided. However we were surprised that some of the essentials such as toilet rolls, handwash and dishwashing liquid were not provided. The bed was comfortable but could have done with better pillows - or some extra ones. The heating worked well. One of the major drawbacks of our stay here was the 500 euro fine for losing a key and not being able to shower between 10pm-7am.

Can't complain will defentilty be going again

Reception opening hours limited. No linen or towels upon checking in - help arrived within a few minutes, though. Scratched laminate flooring - more of an aesthetic issue, but makes room look tired.

This place is managed as rental apartment not a hotel, staff does not make customer feel welcomed. No receptionist here just employee working as rental office clerk. Extremely disappointed of the way they treat customer.

V happy with accommodation, would stay again. Everything u need, v compact.
