Citykoti Downtown Apartments

The property is exactly as described and very close to all the shops. Main train station is a 15 min walk from the property. I had emailed the property 48 h prior to arrival as instructed by them and had asked a question but did not get any reply. Once i reached there everything was fine.

Apartments were on the same street as the reservation office to collect keys. Few min walk to kamppi metro. Supermarkets, fast food and shopping Malls nearby. Easy to reach central railway station and anywhere in Helsinki. Rooms were clean and had everything, stove, pans for cooking, plates cutlery and even dishwasher. A few minor issues. There was also a washing machine, but had to buy your own detergent, and there was no place to dry our clothes. Bathroom a little small, difficult to help our young children shower. Insufficient plastic bags provided for trash for our stay, we had to buy additional trash bags from the supermarket. Otherwise it is good value for money, will definitely stay again when in Helsinki. If you are coming by metro, alight at kamppi but don't take the shopping mall exit. Take the other exit where you will see Mac Donald's and k supermarket on your right, and walk towards alepa supermarket, it will just be about 2-3 zebra crossings to the office to collect the keys. We were told there was a playground for children nearby, but did not have time to explore. Reservation office was also very nice and understanding to allow us to leave our luggage with them after check out so we could bring our children to Linnanmäki on our last day in Helsinki

The apartment is very central, and set up perfectly! It was clean and although slightly dodgy looking on the outside it was very cozy inside! Parking is 18Euros a day but not always available.

Overall good experience, and would definitely stay here again. Would like to see a couple minor tweaks: 1) A bit more clarity on the after hours entrance/apartment location information. The instructions to find the apartment could be a tad clearer. I had a little trouble finding the correct entrance door/gate, and I ran into two other parties trying to check in after hours that were having a tough time figuring out where the lock boxes &/or apartments were. 2) Would like to see some flexibility on the checkout time. I asked for a later checkout than 10am, but the apartment management said it "wasn't possible".

Nice hotel, very close to city centre. Good standard of room but a couch or soft chair would have been nice. Overall good value for money for our family room

basic and clean apartment. no oven but there is a hob and microwave. small compact studio apartment. good locatiion - 15 min walk to centre approx. shops nearby. good value - as raddison blue is nexr door !

Very basic apartment but absolutely fine for a quick 2 night business tip

The studio flat is located in a great area of Helsinki, near Kamppi. The city centre is within walking distance (5/10 min) and Kamppi is a public transport hub so you can get anywhere easily from there. I lived in Finland for a while and staying in the studio was like I stepped back in my own little flat: it's a truly Finnish way to experience Helsinki. The flat and building it was in were clean and very quiet. The kitchen had everything one needs and the wifi worked perfectly well. My only criticism is that one can't open the window so I found the flat stuffy at times. With Helsinki sometimes being very hot in the summer, I would hate to stay there when it's more than 25 degrees without being able to open the window or without air conditioning.

Very clean apartment in a good location. Not near any loud spots of the city, but also within walking distance of everything, including all public transport. All amenities that we needed were provided, even things like towels and washing machine tablets that we didn't expect! Citykoti were also very prepared and able to help when we were late and arrived out of their opening hours.

Nice Apartment. Essential facilities present. Not very flexible in key return, need walk back to the office area which is a distance way from living quarters. Much more hassle when there is few luggage. Hard to Find place as there are few CityKoti around in town. Not flexible for check in to be done earlier.
