Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington

I travel quite a bit for business and needed a facility that would allow dogs for a family funeral. Homewood Suites was one of the nicest facilities I have stayed in recently because the staff was delightfully friendly and accommodating and the room was so clean in spite of the fact that this was a dog friendly hotel. The amenities in the room as well as the hotel were excellent, and i will be staying there every time i go back to Bloomington IN. I am so glad that in a time of duress over the death of a dear family member that getting a clean hotel room with lots of extras was not one of the things I had to worry about. Kudos to the entire staff!!

This listing on hotels.com says the hotel has a hot tub which is why we specifically booked this one and it did not have a hot tub.

We were in town so our son could visit Indiana University. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the little goodie bag with bottles of water and cookies! The room was very clean and comfortable. My only issue with our stay was the pool area. The whirlpool water was not warm. I didn’t expect it to be hot like a hot tub, but I’m pretty sure the pool was warmer than the whirlpool. Other than that, everything was great! We also loved the breakfast in the morning! I got overnight oats and chia seed pudding that were made with oat milk. They definitely had healthy options and dairy free options.

Loved all of the employees who worked there!! Everyone from front desk to ladies making the breakfast buffet were over the top friendly!

Everything was exactly expected of a Hilton branded hotel. The woman who cooked the breakfast did a phenomenal job and it was delicious. Staff was great. Only "issue" was the TV service was out which sucked with 6 kids and they didnt offer complimentary PPV in place of it. That's the reason for the one 4 star rating.

Perfect place for a long weekend. Every single employee I encountered there was absolutely sweet and so helpful!! Kudos to the management for hiring such great team members.
