Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington

There was a light fixture floating in the pool and the hot tub wasn't working, but the hotel looked clean and it was quiet and comfortable and the front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice, and accommodating.

Trina was extremely helpful when I had some issues in my room during an extremely busy weekend. She even had the shift manager follow up with me to ensure I was happy with outcome and to see if I needed any additional assistance. Thank you so much, we will certainly stay at this hotel for future visits. Great customer service is rare these days and I appreciate this very much.

Trina from the front desk was super helpful, compassionate, and understanding. Wonderful employee to have helped me. She was so pleasant, easy to talk to, and efficient in finding a solution to the issues I was experiencing. Made my stay much more enjoyable.

Great stay during IU graduation!! Katrina was outstanding and made our stay as well!!! The decorations and the well wishes made the weekend even more enjoyable. Again Katrina was beyond helpful and caring! I can’t say enough about how she made the even better and more memorable. Thank you.

There was no toilet paper in both the room and the lobby. So, that was a poor start. Then the room key wouldn’t open the pool door and we finally were told that it was out of service due to chemicals. Why didn’t someone notify the front desk? This location has a habit of not maintaining the pool. I will not waste my time and money again. The breakfast had ham floating in water and the breakfast tacos had nothing to do with breakfast. The “crispy” tater tots were soggy and inedible. If you can’t cook then buy a nice toaster. The milk should never be in an opened container, ever. The coffee was good until it ran out. I wondered why a full hotel did not bother to eat breakfast. It’s not even close to good. The shower thermostat is broken! The water went from warm to scalding.

Our first time having a room with a separate bedroom. Loved it! We couldn’t figure out why cool air always blew from the vents. (We’re old folks, ha ha ha) it’s a convenient location to our family we visit so that’s a plus, we’ll be back.

Teresa was absolutely amazing, she welcomed my family into the hotel, which didn’t even feel like a hotel but more like a home. Really recommend.
