"A Great Place To Stay"

The room was great. Trina at the front desk gave courtesy calls to advise of mail. Management and the entire staff have been really pleasant and accommodating while staying there. The young lady that works in the kitchen that prepare breakfast was really nice also.

One employee at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. Told me her manager would “kick her *ss”if she refunded us for one night because we had to check out early. She offered zero remedy for the sensitive situation.

"Great staff and nice rooms"

The room was great, our housekeeper Megan was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Also Trina at the front desk made check in and out a breeze. It's always great to visit such a nice place, but even nicer when the staff is great to work with, Thanks to you both.

After a very long and uncomfortable plane ride and one hour driving time, I must say that Trina welcomed me at the front desk, with a smile and excellent customer service, that honestly should be a model for everyone else to follow. She made sure that I had enough drinking water for my stay (3 days) and provided such a warm and inviting experience, that I never want to stay anywhere else. I take a lot of business trips each year, and this one was the best ever! Clean rooms, low noise, and excellent customer service! That is all I ask for. Excellent experience. Thank you!

"Great stay at Homewood"

Homewood suites saved the day on a vacation gone wrong. Trina and Rosie were so helpful in booking our room last minute, and they made sure our stay was amazing. Trina went above and beyond our entire stay, and we are so grateful that she was there. Our room was very nice, and I would stay at Homewood in Bloomington anytime.
