Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington

From the time I walked in until I left was an amazing experience. Ms. Trina checked me in and she had the most amazing spirit. We talked for awhile and she gave me information about places to eat, park and about ordering in. She also gave me an upgrade which definitely made my night. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Even though it’s off the highway, I slept all night. The area is safe and it wasn’t any noise. Breakfast was also great. This will definitely be my go to spot when traveling through for Business or personal. Thank you homewood and thank you Trina

I travel frequently for work and stay in hotels anywhere from 3-12 months at a time. I had an extended stay at this location (around 4 months in total). I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. Everyone working here from the people at the desk, in the kitchen, maintenance crew, maids, were beyond friendly at every encounter. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed every time we spoke. 10/10 to the crew that works here.

I have been staying at this particular hotel for several years now during my business trips. The people who work here are always so kind. This time Trina checked me in for the week and was very pleasant.

The staff is polite and always eager to resolve any issue. Trina is especially the nicest staff member that always goes above and beyond!
