"Amazing quick weekend"

Room was clean and everything in working order. I checked in with the Hilton app and was sent my digital key, Cinnamon immediately messaged me welcoming me to my stay. I appreciated her attention to answering my questions. Vanessa at the front desk was able to help me when I need to run back up to my room at one point. Overall it was a great weekend stay that we enjoyed immensely.

"Amazing Customer Service"

Trina at the front desk was amazing! After 10 hours in the car travelling, she made check in an absolute breeze and ensured we were well taken care of for our stay. Can't say enough, this experience made my day.

Excellent hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. The best in the area. Very spacious, rooms are clean and have everything you need for your stay. Trina at the front desk was amazing and welcoming. She answered any questions that I had. Do yourself a favor and stay here whenever you are in the Bloomington area.

"Great hotel and Staff is the Best"

My go to place for my business trips to Bloomington and Crane. Staff, particularly Trina was kind and extremely helpful in checking in. She went beyond expectations to ensure I was taken care of. Hotel was clean and Breakfast one of the better amenities of hotels of this type. Again, hotel was great but "rocked" with employees such as Trina. Thank you for the exceptional stay.
