"Night out with family for some swimming!"

First off property was in great shape and everything was five stars. The front desk lady Trina was so inviting and friendly and check in was a breeze 10 out of 10.

"Trina's Top Notch Help"

Trina at the front desk at the Homewood Suites in Bloomington, Indiana, was friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. She warmly welcomed us and engaged us several times to see if we needed anything because we were dealing with some serious family matters. This was actually the 2nd time we had stayed there, and we chose this hotel again because of Trina's warm attitude. She is tops! We need more customer service and customer-oriented people like her. She made our stay much more enjoyable because she was so helpful.

"A few are gem still exists!!!"

Such a beautiful hotel and perfect place for respite. The hotel is very solid and we didn’t hear highway noise, or even other guests in the halls or doors opening and closing. They had a beautiful meal last night with pasta, bread, salad and drinks at NO CHARGE! It was all delicious and the staff was so kind and cordial. And last but not least, Trina at the main desk, is such a joy and her professionalism was bar none. She was so astute of what was happening around the hotel. She is a joy to talk to, and we appreciated all she did for us. A rare gem out here on the road.

"The place to stay in Bloomington"

The place to stay in Bloomington Indiana. Great Staff, especially Trina, clean, quite and affordable. I stay at this location on a fairly regular basis. Would definitely recommend.

"Was there from July 19 to 24 for business! Really loved it there!!"

Trina the evening desk person was super kind and caring and very helpful! if I have a hotel with the front desk, I would have her work for me. She was that great. The hotel was super nice. Love my bed love the great breakfast in the morning. Everything was great even the general manager Ben and Julie ! if I go back to Bloomington again, I will definitely stay there!!!
