A lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful rooms very clean and comfortable, we didn’t use the restaurants but the buffet was fantastic, looking forward to returning to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need, the staff are excellent friendly and attentive. It is in a great area and on the beach.

Another great experience at this beautiful hotel. Our 6th visit and it never gets boring. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Thank you for Rita again for making us feel special and Pedro for replenishing the white sangria.

Fantastic pool area and small man made beach in the grounds for small kids to make sand castles and play safely. There were plenty of sunbeds and there were more available if it became busy. You were never on top of other guests. A true 5 star resort, close to the marina, beac, shops and restaurant. They provided two complimentary checkout extension as we had a late flight and small children. The best breakfast ever you were spoilt for choice.

We are just returning from our trip to this stunning resort! The pictures do not do this justice. Everything from the moment you walk in is indulgent and luxurious. We had the basic tropical retreat double room and it was beautiful and spacious enough for two with a pretty balcony which caught the sunset and sunshine on it all afternoon. Nadia at guest relations and her team are excellent at interacting with guests to ensure you have everything you need. David, Senny and Beatriz at the bar were so lovely and very hardworking! All restaurant staff were very efficient and pool bar staff efficient too! The buffet restaurant served some of the nicest buffet food we have experienced and we have stayed at many luxury resorts. Antonio did not blow our mind, not a bad experience but not as tasty as buffet selection. It was our anniversary and we received a beautiful champagne bucket with ice and glasses and handmade chocolate plate it was beautiful. On our last night we had handmade macaroons and a lovely card. The rooms are spotless too thanks to the cleaning staff. Right opposite the Falesia beach with a gate across to it. Some nice beach clubs there too and 5 mim walk to Marina or to supermarket with a lovely deli We can’t wait to stay again it’s perfect luxe Thank you all!
