Domes Lake Algarve, Autograph Collection

My husband and I went to Domes Lake for a week in March and although the weather was hit and miss, the care and attention to detail of the amazing staff working here made up for it! Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile, had complimentary chocolates and wine awaiting us in our room (alongside some photographs of my husband and I that my son had provided to the hotel for our anniversary) and we were kindly given a upgrade on the second day of our stay once a room became available. The kindness did not stop there with a complementary drink being provided to celebrate International Women's Day and the chefs were so accommodating to any food preparation requests. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring and accommodating at all times throughout the week and I'd like to give a special shoutout to Francisca Silva and Rita Mendes of Guest Relations, as well as Aline and Pedro in the restaurant. We will most certainly be recommending this hotel to our family and friends and we look forward to returning at some point in the future! Thank you to all the team at Domes Lake!

Absolutely over the moon with this hotel. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a Sapphire room that had a balcony and sunbeds. It was a shame it was raining, as it would have been lovely to have rested out on that balcony. We had excellent service from the time we arrived, including checking in where the whole hotel was explained. We had a 100 euro credit added to our room that we knew nothing about, but it was a lovely surprise and added to our enjoyment at the hotel. We were half-board, and the food was amazing at every meal; my husband especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt with fruit on the bottom at breakfast. I cannot praise the staff enough. I am absolutely thrilled with this hotel! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Sapphire room that featured a balcony and sunbeds. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked. From the moment we checked in, the service was excellent. The staff thoroughly explained everything about the hotel, making us feel very welcomed. To our surprise, a €100 credit was added to our room, which was a delightful bonus that enhanced our experience at the hotel. We chose the half-board option, and the food was fantastic at every meal. My husband particularly loved the Greek yogurt with fruit at breakfast. I can't praise the staff enough. From the cleaners to the bar staff, everyone was friendly and approachable, and they all spoke plenty of English. The bar even had Premier League football matches playing, which my husband really enjoyed., from cleaners to Bar staff, everyone was friendly and amiable and spoke lots of English. They had Premier League football matches playing in the bar too, which pleased my husband no end.

Just the loveliest hotel and the staff are professional and attentive. Great idea to have the arrivals welcome area. Special thanks to Rita and Nadia for their thoughtfulness. Location is wonderful , really hope to go back again as this is the best by far!

From the welcome on arrival until the moment we left, the staff were outstanding. Beautiful hotel and grounds, meticulously maintained. Comfortable room and excellent meals and calm, relaxing environment. We enjoyed a fabulous Christmas stay at the Domes Lake Algarve and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We loved this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. Vilamoura marina is around a 5 min walk from the hotel, so it’s really easy to get around. We stayed in an Emerald Retreat room and the view over the lake was superb. We only ate at the pool bar as we were out for brunch and on an evening, but the food and cocktails there were top class. We were only here for a long weekend, but the hotel would be a great base to explore the Algarve.

The hotel and grounds are just beautiful - we had a room on the 3rd floor - a Saphire Retreat room... lovely balcony, extremely comfortable, spacious, seperate shower/ bath and seperate toilet ( Even scented toliet roll ! ) Everything extremely clean and very peaceful. Without exception, all the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very special, and when staff found out about the birthday celebrations, we had surprise bubbles, balloons and cake in our room . The buffet food at breakfast and in the evening was great. The breakfast choices were particularly impressive. The lake with its birds and plants were wonderful to wonder around. We want to come back !

Piscina externa e toda área linda.

Hotel bom! Não 5 estrelas. Em nosso quarto a falta de boas toallas (as nossas estavam com fiapos puxado e ásperas) ! Acordamos minha filha de 2 años e eu com uma correnteza de Formigas no chao. O café da manhã logo cedo tinha duas se horas que nos servirán que parecían general! Não sorriam e não eran nada gentil! Precisei levantar para servir o café preto depois de desistir que alguém o fizesse. São detalhes que deixam a desejar e que para quem procura 5 estrelas procura qualidade.
