Quality Apartments Melbourne Central

Due to computer error, room had not been cleaned on arrival. But staff were promptly sent to the room and cleaned quickly. Reception staff also apologised for mixup.

The hotel room is spacious. The complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine are really nice touch. Thank you.

We stayed at the Quality Apartments as my husband has hospital appointments and we live rurally. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was! The staff were super friendly, the apartment was gorgeous and the location was fantastic. This is our new “go to” place in the future.

We thought we had booked a light filled room but we had no view and was very dark other than that it was a great place to stay

Good average accomodation in the absolute centre of town. Nothing luxurious or speacial about the loft apartment we stayed in. Surprisingly quiet but a bit stuffy, minimal natural light, very basic kitchen equipment etc. Friendly and helpful staff made for a pleasent stay.

Can’t go past the location, very central. Would consider staying here again.

The hotel was grimy feeling and dated. My room was full of fruit flies. It is in a great location, but I would not stay again.
