Good size room for the price, comfy bed, quiet, had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Easy check in process and conveniently located. Would stay again.

The staff were very accommodating. If you dont like noise, request a room away from the street. very noisy there. Great location.

Great location! Nice little apartment - nothing fancy but solid little stay! Only thing to note is that there is no wheelchair access as the front door is steps with no ramp or lift

The location was great, right in the centre of Melbourne and with easy access to shopping and trams. The property is very worn, the room was not clean, there were toys under the couch from previous guests. The couch vinyl was really cracked and worn. Towels and bedding were clean. Did not use anything in the kitchen, it was all needing a good clean. The room was noisy at night as it was overlooking an alleyway and there must be a nightclub or something nearby. The bedrooms were small. Overall for 1 adult and 2 kids in Melbourne for 2 nights, with a focus on shopping and the city centre, it was a great location and we were fine with it but very basic.

The staff were very friendly. The property is older but its in a great location.
