Good location, two rooms.

Great customer service Great bed and pillows Great location if you want a place in the heart of the cbd. Very clean. My only feedback is that Bathroom needs an update as it is looking very tired

Great location. We had a loft studio but very dark and staring at a wall of concrete out our window. Hard to tell what time of day it was. Hotel is getting very tired and needs a facelift.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Loft apartment had a very, very small second bedroom, not all all like photos supplied on website. Bathroom not very clean and had a thin sliding doorand located between bedrooms, thus diminishing privacy. Old vinyl couch very uncomfortable with damaged cover.

When booking this room I wasn’t expecting to have no natural light at all, probably wouldn’t have booked if I had of known, I was also very confused about the reception open hours as the website said a few different times then Unit was clean but old. Staff were nice and friendly, I did have a couple of questions that were replied to quickly.

The location was fantastic but overall the state of the hotels cleanliness, comfort and condition was quite poor. The two front foyers were filthy and depressing. No happy smiling faces to greet us with the foyer often being left unattended for long periods. A hotel with great potential if anyone actually cared. Very run down and noisy at night from bottom pub. Loft rooms need air conditioning upstairs and the carpet needs to be properly vacuumed.

Anna, in reception, was excellent help and very easy to communicate with. The Basement Appt was a little weird as it does not have windows to the outside. The room is spacious and well organised with a good kitchenette. Will stay here again as the location is excellent, tho probably in a different room with views.
