Quality Apartments Melbourne Central

Staff were fabulous and the apartment had all that we needed. It was however very draughty around balcony door/window and the bathroom fan didn’t work. But the service was so good I’d definitely stay there again!

Definitely won’t stay here again.1 star at best. Room was in very poor condition. Broken banister on lift area was very dangerous for my son. Pretty sure the dirty hand mark on the wall was blood. Room was freezing because windows were not airtight so had to try and block them with blankets. Broken floor tiles, bathroom grout and tiles were disgusting. Coffe and tea jammed into a dirty glass as an afterthought. Booked for 2 nights but left early and couldn’t stay the second night. I was sent a survey by the hotel and gave my feedback but no response for 3 weeks.

Perfect, central location. We were very happy with our stay especially the service and friendliness of all the staff.

This apartment is very nice and situated at a convenient location. Just next to it there are some dining options. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I will stay again when I going to Melbourne.

Tepid shower with poor pressure. No natural light. The apartment did not look like the photos on the website.

We had an amazing stay for three nights towards the end of our trip. The hotel was central and conveniently located right by a tram stop and Melbourne central and very close to Flinders station. Surprisingly the room was much bigger than we expected & the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early at no cost and leave our bags there after checking out. Would stay again!
