Quality Apartments Melbourne Central

I had the one bedroom apartment and it was great. It was clean and had plenty of room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located in the city and very quiet.

Fantastic location close to Chinatown and Bourke street mall and trams. Super busy downstairs and hectic which was great but would never know once in our room. Will come back

I recently stayed in 1of their basement apartments, the overall cleanliness was average however when I entered the bedroom and moved the bed immediately I noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed along with a cigarette and a bank card from a previous guest. The wifi connection was poor as your in the basement so even cell reception was barely existent. The outdoor patio area was covered in bird poo so the use of that was out of the question. There are no windows to let natural light in and the noise from the other guests was horrible. I was situated next to the laundry aswell so you hear all the noises from the washing machines and dryers aswell as if guests are talking while doing laundry yes it all comes in. I happened to stay during a week where there were renovations happening either in the building or next door so every morning at 7am the banging and drilling began. Overall it served its purpose but I wouldn’t return, well not to that suite anyway.

Quality offered good value for a fantastic location in the heart of the city.

Requested a room change and then an 11.00 am check out. Both were agreed to and handled perfectly well. Great position and easy access to Melbourne CBD

I loved every thing about our stay for the price. The only minor negative was from ouside noise in early hours of morning. Unfortunately this couldnt have been controlled by the accommodation.

Situated close to everything. A (very) short walk to Elizabeth Street and to the trams. Close to Burke Street Mall and all the great restaurants on Elizabeth Street. Facilities are excellent. Spacious room, bed is very comfortable. The main issue I had was with the cleaning staff. I was in my room on Friday afternoon around 1pm when the cleaners were getting rooms ready. They were very loud and very intrusive when it came to keeping the peace and quiet for people staying. This went on for around 20 minutes so if you don't want to be annoyed by loud voices, stomping around in the corridors, loud laughing, make sure you are not in your room between 12:30 and 2:00pm. Also, the freezer component of the fridge needed defrosting. The ice tray was frozen in - not a good look (it makes the place look like it is used and not cared for) and should have been noticed by the cleaning staff. I brought my own tray to use but it couldn't fit because of the ice covering the freezer component. I ended up defrosting the fridge so the next person staying will now at least have the option of having ice cubes. Overall the place was excellent - nothing to complain about with the room, the bed, the windows kept the noise from Elizabeth Street out completely. My observations above are to be seen as feedback to improve what is already an excellent place to stay. It's great to hear people being happy doing their work but when it intrudes on my (paid for) peace and quiet, it is no longer enjoyable.
