The Shaw Club Hotel

We unfortunately cannot rate our stay at The Shaw Club as we were transferred to a sister house following a mistake on their part even though we had confirmation of our reservation there.

Contemporary styling, clean and friendly

We had a fantastic anniversary weekend at the Shaw club. The property is immaculate, rooms, lovely, very clean, and very walkable! The restaurant was delicious both times we ate there with our server, Sandro being a highlight. We loved the lavender and other flowers alongside the exterior of the building as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again during our next visit!

Location for our needs was good. Food at restaurant was good. Parking for free. Needs floor upgrades.

The staff are very professional but approachable and personable. The lounge in the lobby was excellent, with Keurig coffeemaker, water, comfortable seating and library! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Really like the pillows! The spa bath is amazing, as is the huge shower with a rain shower and handheld nozzle. Parking available and hotel is located right across the street from the Shaw Theater. Share bikes available as well.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is central and walking distance to great restaurants, spas and shopping! We'll be back for sure!

Next time I would stay in main building.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Very friendly welcome at check in. We were in one of the rooms that was in the annexe. It is a really steep stair, and wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The room was exceptional, great bathroom, comfy bed and a jetted bath in the bedroom. It was in a great location, close to everything. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but we did have some cocktails in the bar. The staff were super friendly.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, everything is walkable and the service was great too.
